WHAT WILL YOUR IMPACT BE?

Mission

Within our Mixed Case sector, you will work as a polishing trade specialist in a stimulating and rich learning environment. Your curiosity and solution-oriented mindset will help combine know-how, quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• You will be the technical polishing reference within the mixed case workshop and provide support and training to polishers, while fostering a good working atmosphere.
• You will actively participate in the workshop’s production, take part in work organisation and contribute to the workshop’s performance by monitoring the schedule, distributing the daily workload and tracking yields.
• You will be responsible for quality, resolving technical problems on site, and you will participate in continuous improvement by ensuring the proper application of processes.
• You will support the Sector Manager by relaying technical information, assisting the team in achieving results with a positive and motivating attitude, and being a source of proposals.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Your proven experience in polishing enables you to be the sector’s technical contact.
• You are recognised for your interpersonal skills, your ability to listen and communicate.
• Your ability to unite allows you to support a team of about 15 people alongside the manager.
• Dynamic, proactive and solution- and results-oriented, your good priority management enables you to withstand stress.
• You are recognised as an open-minded, autonomous person capable of self-reflection.
• Comfortable with IT tools, you easily use the company’s digital tools (Office Pack, Teams, Shizen).
