Desired profile:

  • Commercial employee CFC, professional maturity or equivalent training
  • Experience in notarial work, the bar, or cantonal administration is an asset
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good writing skills and excellent spelling
  • Thoroughness in handling files
  • Good concentration ability, perseverance
  • Reliability in task execution
  • Comfortable with IT (especially office software)
  • Good personal organisation
Main responsibilities:

  • Welcoming clients, preparing and serving coffee and other drinks
  • Telephone reception
  • Managing notaries' diaries
  • Folding and enveloping mail
  • Invoicing (ForenSys software)
  • Drafting letters and other documents (including by dictation)
  • Preparing authentic deeds
  • Filing with the land register and commercial register
  • Carrying out notarial formalities
  • Managing schedules
  • Opening, monitoring and archiving files
