MISSION DESCRIPTION
The main mission will be to ensure the establishment of master production schedules and the monitoring of their execution, while taking into account the evolution of customer needs and the introduction of new products/processes. Particular attention will be given to the economic optimisation of resources (stocks/capacities) and the integrity of technical data (macro/detailed).

• Meet stock coverage objectives
• Participate in scheduling optimisation
• Optimise customer response
• Limit the effects of capacity thresholds
• Accurately adapt planning data

EXPECTED PROFILE

• EPF/HEG degree in Logistics or Production or equivalent training
• Experience in Switzerland in production planning, ideally in the watchmaking sector
• Proficiency in an ERP and common office tools, especially Excel
• Excellent listening skills and ability to make proposals
• Ease in communication and strong synthesis skills
