What you accomplish

• Preparation of pizzas, focaccias and other specialties
• Organisation of the assigned station
• Preparation of the daily mise en place
• Cleaning and control tasks, as well as workplace safety within the HACCP / KOPAS concept
• Receipt, inspection and storage of goods orders
• Assist the head chef in compliance with quality and safety standards

What you bring

• Education: Completed initial or further training
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a similar position in gastronomy
• Experience with traditional Italian recipes in the kitchen
• You have a service mindset and communicate well
• You are customer-oriented and have a neat appearance
• You have good comprehension skills, a good team spirit and are used to working independently
• French (B2)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
