Experienced Chef de Partie



  • experience in a gourmet or Michelin-starred establishment is essential
  • adapts easily and quickly to the existing team
  • strong sense of organisation and teamwork
  • passionate, curious and great attention to detail
  • You have at least a Swiss Federal VET Diploma in cooking and several years of experience
  • autonomy in your workstation (hot/cold)
  • able to work in gourmet establishments
  • respect for standards and technical sheets
  • strict application of HACCP standards
  • contribution to the creative dynamic of the establishment
  • work in split or continuous shifts depending on needs
