Experienced Chef de Partie
- experience in a gourmet or Michelin-starred establishment is essential
- adapts easily and quickly to the existing team
- strong sense of organisation and teamwork
- passionate, curious and great attention to detail
- You have at least a Swiss Federal VET Diploma in cooking and several years of experience
- autonomy in your workstation (hot/cold)
- able to work in gourmet establishments
- respect for standards and technical sheets
- strict application of HACCP standards
- contribution to the creative dynamic of the establishment
- work in split or continuous shifts depending on needs
