One of our clients, a recognised and reputable player in the region, has mandated us to search for:
Engineer - RMO
- You hold an HES, EPF engineering degree or an equivalent qualification.
- You have solid experience in managing technical teams and leading construction projects.
- You master the operational and financial management of infrastructure or technical equipment projects.
- You possess good knowledge of standards, directives and procedures applicable to engineering and construction fields.
- You have excellent analytical, organisational, coordination and communication skills, with a minimum B2 level in French.
- You lead an engineering team by ensuring the organisation, coordination and monitoring of activities.
- You define needs, plan investments and contribute to the strategic directions of infrastructures and equipment.
- You ensure project management of engineering and construction projects, from design to commissioning.
- You guarantee compliance with quality, cost and deadline objectives and financial monitoring of operations.
- You promote innovation, continuous improvement and collaboration with operational teams and stakeholders.
