Your challenge:
- Responsible for leading a small team of 2-6 people
- Direct contact person on site
- You make decisions together with the construction management and the managing director
- You are happy to lend a hand and are always a support for your team
- You pass on important information
- You have a Federal VET Diploma as an assembly electrician or electrical installer or bring many years of professional experience
- It is an advantage if you hold a driving licence
- Organisation is one of your strengths
- You are resilient, flexible, communicative and a team player
- German is your mother tongue
- Working in industrial buildings is your passion
