YOUR PROFILE :

• You hold a completed and/or SEFRI-recognised Educator training in Switzerland
• You have several years of experience in the field, ideally in similar roles.

• You are organised, attentive and aware of what is happening around you
• You have a good capacity for adaptation, self-reflection and are an excellent communicator
• You are able to collaborate in a network and interdisciplinarily
• You are confident in developing maintenance projects

• You develop a trusting relationship with residents and their families.
• You work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coherent and quality support.
