As part of the development of its activities, our client, a modern and dynamic industrial company, is looking for a Customer Training Manager to enhance the quality of support offered to its customers and partners.
Customer Training Manager (M/F)
- Higher education in a technical field, complemented by pedagogical training
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in customer, technical or professional training
- Experience in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of the machine tool sector is a real asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of pedagogy and the ability to simplify technical subjects
- Languages: fluent French and minimum B2 level English
