Customer Service Representative 100%



  • Commercial CFC or CVC/S with practical experience in the sanitary field
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities
  • Very good knowledge of German or Swiss German (level B2–C1 required)
  • Proficiency in common IT tools
  • Autonomous, organised and solution-oriented personality
  • Strong team spirit
  • Ability to manage stress and turn it into a performance driver
  • Complete management of customer requests, from initial contact to final follow-up
  • Preparation of offers, quotes and submissions
  • Needs analysis and proposal of solutions adapted to specific projects and requests
  • Coordination of projects in collaboration with representatives and technicians
  • Active participation in the continuous improvement of internal processes
