Your profile
Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a cook or equivalent training.
Experience in collective catering, ideally in the field of early childhood.
Knowledge of food hygiene standards (HACCP).
Organisational skills and you are perfectly autonomous.
Cost management For one of our clients, we are looking for a cook specialised in nurseries to ensure the daily preparation of meals intended for children, babies.
Your responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals and snacks for children.
Develop varied and balanced menus in collaboration with management.
Respect specific dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances.
Ensure the reception, control and storage of goods.
Ensure strict compliance with HACCP standards and current hygiene rules.
Manage stocks and participate in orders.
Keep premises and kitchen equipment clean and compliant with health requirements.
