Your profile:

- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as polymechanician or production mechanic mandatory
- Experience in a precision industrial environment appreciated
- Good knowledge of CNC machining and reading technical drawings
- Comfortable with control tools and quality requirements
- Rigorous, reliable and conscientious personality
- Availability to work 2x8 shifts or night shifts
- Good team spirit and sense of responsibility

- Ensure the production of machined components in compliance with quality, pace and safety standards
- Operate and adjust the CNC machines necessary for manufacturing
- Participate in the start-up and monitoring of production according to defined procedures
- Supply equipment with raw materials according to manufacturing orders
- Perform dimensional and visual checks of produced parts
- Identify any manufacturing deviations and apply necessary corrective measures
- Participate in the proper maintenance of equipment and the working environment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and production performance
- Comply with hygiene, safety rules and internal standards in force
