CNC Mechanic-Setter
- Mechanical CFC or equivalent training
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of CNC programming (Gibbs = advantage)
- Proficiency with control equipment and plan reading
- Proven experience in turning and milling
- Meticulous, organised, team player
- Day shift then transition to 2x8 shift
- Start-ups and adjustments on 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines
- Adjustments on 3-axis and 5-axis CNC preparation machines
- Dimensional and aesthetic inspections of components
- Active participation in continuous improvement and manufacturing methods
