- Proven experience as a civil engineering team leader in Switzerland
- Very good knowledge of public works and infrastructure
- Mastery of network and earthworks
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Plan reading essential
- Autonomy, leadership and organisational skills
- Driving licence required
- SUVA machine operator licence M1, M2, M3, M7 an advantage
- Supervision and coordination of site teams
- Daily organisation of works
- Plan reading and setting out
- Monitoring of earthworks, networks, pipelines and concrete works
- Management of priorities and site progress
- Quality control and adherence to deadlines
- Management of equipment and supplies
- Application and control of safety rules
- Collaboration with site managers and various stakeholders
