Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a civil engineering draughtsperson or equivalent training.
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally gained in Switzerland.
Excellent command of CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit or equivalents.
Good knowledge of Swiss standards and practices in construction and civil engineering.
Team spirit, good interpersonal skills and communication sense.
Rigorous, autonomous personality with attention to detail. Prepare plans and technical drawings for civil engineering projects (reinforced concrete structures, steel, earthworks and infrastructure).
Work closely with engineers to develop technical solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Ensure updating, monitoring and management of project technical documentation.
Participate in coordinating the various stakeholders and partners involved in the projects.
Ensure compliance with current standards, regulations and quality requirements.
