Higher education in civil engineering (HES/EPF Engineer, ES Technician or equivalent training).
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in calculation and tendering of civil engineering projects in Switzerland.
Excellent knowledge of Swiss market standards, regulations and practices.
Proficiency in IT tools and calculation and estimation software.
Organised, rigorous and autonomous person.
Analytical mind, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team. Analyse tender documents, plans and specifications.
Carry out measurements and establish cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
Prepare quotes, as well as technical and financial offers.
Consult and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Study and propose technical optimisations as well as project variants.
Participate in the preparation, assembly and monitoring of tender dossiers.
Work closely with construction management teams, technical offices and management.
