Chief Sales Officer
Leader, Pragmatic & Visionary
- Engineer in automation, mechanics, microtechnology, or any other advanced technical training, complemented by a commercial curriculum, or vice versa: advanced commercial training with a strong affinity and proven experience in technology and machine tools.
- 10+ years experience in B2B sales of complex industrial equipment, with a solid network in at least one of the target growth sectors.
- Natural leadership, ability to unite teams around digital initiatives and overcome resistance to change. Solution-oriented with "Quick Wins".
- Languages: Perfect command of French and English. German and Italian are a major asset. Thorough understanding of the challenges of the Swiss export industry.
- Continue the transformation from a reactive approach to a proactive prospecting strategy. Develop market shares in new sectors requiring Swiss precision standards.
- Unify the commercial offer (machines and tools). Also integrate and transform After-Sales Service and subcontracting offers into a genuine lever for loyalty and profitability.
- Work in close symbiosis with Management members to make technical expertise your best sales argument.
- Lead the digital transformation of the sales force. Eradicate silo working, deploy the CRM and establish a data culture interconnected with the ERP.
