On behalf of my client, a company in the Western Lausanne region, I am looking for a
Billing Manager (French and German B2)
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Very good knowledge of German and English at least B2 (mandatory)
- Good IT skills
- Experience in billing
- Experience in national and international road transport
- Experience in managing a team for at least 3 years
Driving licence and vehicle essential
- Management of monthly billing (monthly closing) + various checks
- Application and programming of client tariff updates
- Handling customer and inter-agency complaints
- Management of Swiss and foreign VAT billing
- Management and verification of inter-agency invoice payments
- Controlling duties at the agency
- Management and supervision of the billing department
- Billing of clients and the network
- Transport purchases and supplier invoices
- Training of employees
