The Municipal Property Management (GIM) is responsible for the management and operation of the extensive rental portfolio of the City of Geneva, combining the functioning of a traditional property management with an ambitious social policy for 90 % of the housing. It also administers numerous commercial premises, public establishments, community halls, car parks and surface rights. Your mission and responsibilities

- Supervise the activity of the team of employees in the housing request management unit (UGD) to ensure the implementation of the objectives defined by the Administrative Council, the Presidency and the Departmental Directorate, as well as by the Service Directorate.

- Coordinate the activities of the UGD with various internal and external partners.

- Implement the procedures in force and guarantee the quality of services.

Your profile

- Hold a Federal Certificate as a team leadership specialist or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate proven professional experience related to administrative processes involving the management and entry of a large volume of files.
- Have confirmed experience in team leadership, involving detailed planning and monitoring of workload per employee.
- Master French perfectly, both spoken and written, and maintain simple, clear and humane communication.
- Have excellent command of common IT tools (Word, Excel) (Quorum is an asset).
- Show a methodical, organised mindset and great precision in completing your tasks, while being able to adapt quickly.
- Have a sense of organisation and rigour, as well as ease in human contacts.
