Assistant (40% to 60%)Join a dynamic company and contribute to its smooth daily operation!On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a rigorous, versatile, and service-oriented Assistant (40% to 60%), capable of managing all HR and administrative tasks within a mission.Reception & Administration- Physical and telephone reception of visitors and clients- Receive, filter, and forward calls- Manage incoming and outgoing mail as well as emails- Scan, file, archive, and ensure document management- Prepare shipments and postage- Organize meetings: booking rooms, agendas- Participate in meetings, draft minutes, and ensure follow-up of decisionsCommercial Management- Process general company correspondence- Prepare and follow up on offer requests- Establish customer order confirmations- Place supplier orders and ensure deadline monitoring- Invoice customer deposits and various documents- Ensure after-sales service follow-up- Verify and transmit accounting data to the relevant departmentsHuman Resources- Manage personnel files and associated documents- Ensure monitoring of schedules, absences, and vacations- Manage illness and accident notifications with social insurance- Prepare employment contracts and other HR documents- Participate in the preparation of salaries and statements- Ensure compliance with staff regulations and labor law- Publish recruitment ads, organize interviews, and ensure candidate follow-up- Maintain the link with temporary employment agencies- Check hour reports and agency invoices- Participate in the management of apprentices and interns- Manage work clothing ordersYour profile- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in commerce or HR management, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar function within an SME- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation- Very good organizational and writing skills- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Experience with an ERP or management software- French: native language: good knowledge- English: good knowledge- Autonomous, discreet, rigorous, and versatile personWe offer- A varied position with numerous responsibilities- A dynamic and friendly work environment- A versatile activity at the heart of the company- A flexible activity rate between 40% and 60%- A long-term position within an SME jid4990861aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
