Our Mission
Our Foundation designs, experiments with, and promotes concrete actions to rebuild social ties with people suffering from mental health disorders. We thus work to restore and maintain their health in their environment while developing community initiatives aimed at improving their living conditions.
We support their socio-professional reintegration through places of exchange, creation, and work in Lausanne, Yverdon, Vevey, and Nyon.
Your Role
You support beneficiaries in developing their personal, social, and professional skills.
Journalistic, editorial, and publishing activities form the basis of this support. You simultaneously ensure the quality of the productions created and the progress of beneficiaries in their projects.
You particularly contribute to the production of the magazine Diagonales and the Foundation’s internal newsletter.
Your responsibilities and activities:
- Support beneficiaries in achieving their socio-professional goals and promote the development of their skills.
- Actively participate in institutional life and cross-cutting projects.
- Lead activities related to writing, interviewing, documentary research, content creation, and publication.
- Conduct editorial meetings and support contributors in content production.
- Coordinate the editorial production of the magazine Diagonales and the internal newsletter, respecting institutional editorial guidelines.
- Ensure editorial quality, content coherence, and adherence to publication deadlines.
- Encourage expression, participation, and the valuing of knowledge derived from beneficiaries’ experiences.
- Produce content for the Foundation’s printed and digital media.
Your Profile:
- MSP diploma - ES socio-professional master, HES-SO training in the social field, or a Master’s in psychology or equivalent training.
- Significant experience in journalism, publishing, writing publications, or producing editorial content.
- Experience in conducting interviews, leading writing groups, or coordinating contributors is a significant asset.
- Proficiency with office, editorial, and digital tools (WordPress, InDesign, Canva).
- Ability to combine pedagogical requirements, beneficiary support, and quality of delivered services.
Contract type: Permanent

Workplace: Lausanne, with travel to Nyon, Vevey, Yverdon
