Main duties :

• Establish, assess, plan and validate the needs and volumes of orders and purchases (food and non-food raw materials)
• Ensure the monitoring and management of supplies, guarantee the control of goods upon receipt, management and optimisation of storage and shelving spaces.
• Stock management and optimisation (reduction of DIO, order forecasting)
• Management and monitoring of inventories and stock values
• Management and monitoring of suppliers (returns and complaints)
• Application and monitoring of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP, internal procedure)

Professional requirements :

• Forklift licence, or equivalent, mandatory
• Logistician CFC, an advantage
• Proficiency in IT tools (MS OFFICE, SAP)
• English required (minimum B2 level) and German an advantage
• Methodical, precise and rigorous
• Sense of commitment and responsibility

• Fixed-term temporary contract
• Working hours: 6:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Possibility to work some Saturdays
