For our Crans-Montana and Verbier agencies (Alps Agency), we are looking for a:
VS - New Projects Broker Alps
Your missions
Based in Crans-Montana with regular travel to Verbier and Geneva, you market the new real estate operations of the Alps agency, from mandate acquisition to delivery, while operationally managing launches in interface with the Group competence centres. You ensure both the commercial field execution and project coordination — two inseparable dimensions in the Alpine context.
1. Commercial development and promoter relations
– You identify and develop relationships with local promoters and developers (Crans-Montana and Verbier).
– You negotiate and sign marketing mandates in connection with the Sales Management.
– You are the trusted contact for the promoter throughout the operation.
– You monitor land availability and identify opportunities for new projects to submit to the Group.
– You provide Product Marketing with local market intelligence necessary for pricing and positioning.
2. Operational management of launches
– You build and maintain the launch schedule for each operation in coordination with the Group Competence Centres.
– You coordinate stakeholders: notaries, marketing providers, photographers, 3D, communication agencies.
– You manage the showroom and local sales area.
– You oversee the operational marketing budgets allocated to the operations.
– You ensure compliance with Group standards across all materials and customer journeys.
3. Marketing and buyer follow-up
– You sell off-plan: you master plan reading, 3D tools and virtual visits, transforming abstraction into purchase desire.
– You qualify leads and convert prospects into buyers.
– You manage reservations and reservation agreements (e-promo tool).
– You follow buyer files from reservation to delivery: financing, TMA, notary process.
– You maintain the relationship over time — signing is not the end of the journey.
4. Alpine specificities
– You master the regulatory constraints specific to the Alpine market: Lex Koller, secondary residences, non-resident taxation.
– You manage an international clientele (UHNWI, non-European residents, buyers outside CH) with the expected standards.
– You ensure coordination with the Knight Frank network for prestige projects in connection with Naef Prestige Knight Frank.
5. Tools, reporting and skills development
– You master and maintain the Group tools: OneNaef (Salesforce), e-promo, real estate portals, dashboards.
– You produce commercial reporting for promoters and Sales Management.
– You manage local KPIs: sell-through rate, sales velocity, conversion rate, lead quality.
– You actively contribute to the skills development of the agency’s new projects (resale brokers, assistants).
– You participate in the gradual emergence of the regional Alps Competence Centre.
Profile sought
– You have confirmed experience (5 to 10 years) in marketing new projects, ideally in French-speaking Switzerland with a promoter, a new brokerage agency or a new projects department.
– You have good knowledge of the Alpine market (Crans-Montana, Verbier or equivalent resorts).
– Bilingual French/English, German is a plus.
– You master the complete marketing cycle of a new project: from launch to delivery.
– You have good command of CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) and business tools (e-promo, reservation management).
– You have a good understanding of Alpine specificities: Lex Koller, non-residents, secondary residences.
– You have the ability to make the invisible purchasable, to project the buyer into an unbuilt property.
– Your conviction, endurance and ability to maintain a long-term relationship are essential for this position.
– Autonomous by nature, you have the ability to structure something new — the position lays the foundations of an organisation that does not yet exist.
– You are credible with Alpine promoters and a demanding international clientele.
– You demonstrate rigour in your administrative follow-up and have good synthesis skills.
– You reside in the canton of Valais, near Crans-Montana.
