Description
La Boulangerie Industrielle SA is a family tradition company, specialised in wheat processing, manufacturing and selling bakery, viennoiserie and pastry products – catering. All its products are delivered to the sales points of the BISA group but also to supermarkets and food distribution chains, retailers and communities, hotels and restaurants present in various Swiss cantons.
We are looking for Viennese Bakers (M/F)
Viennese Baker
- Preparation, baking and finishing of products
- Mastery of kneading, sheeter, proofing in bag and lamination
- Production of breads, specialities, viennoiseries, savoury products....
- Management of raw materials
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and current professional norms: hygiene, safety
- Working hours 6am-3pm
- Experience in semi-industrial
- More than 2 years experience in a similar position
- Training, bakery diploma is a plus
- Initiative and very good priority management
