Technical Property Management Specialist at 80%

Your challenge!
- Within a supportive team of about ten colleagues, you will primarily take charge of the technical aspects of the property portfolio under management. You will carry out inventories and ensure the follow-up and resolution of claims.
- The quality and good upkeep of the buildings are a priority for you.
- You master tender procedures, as well as the initiation and monitoring of routine maintenance works on the buildings.
- Thanks to your positive leadership, you support and motivate the caretakers in developing their skills, ensuring they can maintain the properties according to our quality standards.
- You enjoy managing small specific work projects and know how to advise the Property Manager, owners, tenants, and service providers effectively.
- Do you also have an interest in administration, lettings, or client relations? Our agile organisation allows roles to be adapted according to affinities and experience.
