Due to a succession plan, we are looking for our waste disposal company in Ziefen (BL) a:
Team Leader - "Coarse and Fine Sorting" - 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Active participation in operations, especially in the sorting of special waste
- Organisation of processes and operations in the "Coarse and Fine Sorting" department
- Personnel management and monitoring of completed tasks
- Optimisation of processing throughput and costs
- Conducting regular safety checks
- Coordination of deliveries, collections and special transports
- Organisation of special waste collections in municipalities as well as cleaning and disposal operations at customers
- Submission of monthly inventories
Your profile:
- Completed professional training in a chemical-technical field
- Professional experience in an operational and chemical work environment
- Several years of experience in team management
- Category B driving licence and forklift certification desired
- Good oral and written understanding of German
- Punctuality, stress resistance, reliability and thoroughness in work
