Your profile: a blend of heart, instinct and structure

You have:

• Experience in recruitment and/or the medical sector is an asset
• Good knowledge of the local market
• Mastery of sourcing tools and HR platforms
• Comfort with IT tools (Excel, Word)
• Excellent command of written and spoken French

Required skills:

• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
• A taste for challenge, a sense of responsibility and proven tenacity
• Excellent interpersonal skills and values aligned with our company
• Proactive energy and a sense of initiative
• The ability to prioritise, even in urgent situations
