On behalf of a client specialised in high-precision industrial supplies and consumables, we are looking for a:
Swiss Sales Manager (M/F)
FR/EN – 100 %
Reporting to the sales department, your role is to manage and increase the brand's presence throughout Switzerland.
Your main responsibilities:

Business expansion: Identify new growth opportunities and actively prospect strategic accounts (industrials in the EDM, watchmaking, medical or automotive sectors).

Promotion and networking: Plan regular tours across Switzerland to represent the company.

Operational follow-up: Coordinate logistics and order processing in close collaboration with the group’s internal services.

Performance management: Ensure rigorous reporting via CRM/ERP tools and monitor the achievement of defined sales targets.

Field presence: Maintain strong mobility across all cantons, adapting your visits to local specificities.
Your profile:

Education in Business School, Engineering School.

Strong awareness of the industrial world.

At least 5 years in B2B sales of products and/or services related to the industrial sector.

French / English mandatory, German is a plus.

Used to regular travel throughout Switzerland.
- Rigorous person, with great interpersonal skills.
Fixed salary + variable depending on profile. Company car. Permanent full-time position.
Frequent travel throughout Switzerland.
