SUPPLY MANAGER M/F
Reporting to the Group Supply Chain Manager, you ensure the continuity of supply flows over a strategic perimeter: the electronic supplier portfolio, at the heart of current security and performance challenges. You combine operational expertise, risk management, cross-functional collaboration and – depending on your experience – management of a team of buyers in the short or medium term.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Operational management of supplies for the electronic portfolio: daily monitoring, managing discrepancies, rapid detection and handling of alerts, adjusting stock policies…
- Management of a team of buyers (depending on your experience).
- Supply Chain crisis management and resilience: anticipating and identifying risks, prioritising, managing allocations, coordinating with Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Business Lines and other group entities…
- Compliance, contractual data and operational excellence: optimisation of MOQ, monitoring contractual commitments and driving corrective plans.
Your technical skills
You have solid knowledge of Supply Chain and particularly in the field of procurement, notably regarding component availability constraints and risks impacting flows. You have proven experience in a demanding industrial environment, ideally the automotive industry, enabling you to anticipate shortages, secure supplies and manage critical situations with discernment.
You also have a real ability to lead and structure a team, establishing standards and a collective performance dynamic, in a context where electronic components represent a strategic challenge.
You master SAP for flow reliability and Excel for data analysis. Knowledge of Power BI is an asset to enhance risk visibility and support continuous service improvement.
Your behavioural skills
You demonstrate rigorous organisation and great reliability in managing priorities.
Your natural leadership allows you to provide clear direction, unite the team and establish standards supporting collective performance.
Endowed with an excellent analytical mind, you know how to take a step back, arbitrate with discernment and bring structure in tense moments. Your composure, clear communication and ability to maintain a climate of trust – with both suppliers and internal teams – are essential to thrive calmly in this role.
Your background
With a Bac + 5 level education such as an Engineering degree or Master’s, you have at least 5 years’ experience in procurement, ideally in the automotive sector. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
The position is based in the border area (adjacent to departments 25 and 90) in a setting offering a real quality of life.
