• Analyse diagnostics and establish the
  remediation methodology
• Construct and break down a sales price
• Prepare public and private tender dossiers
  (with references, technical analyses, operating
  methods and scheduling)
• Estimate the works and propose alternatives
• Establish preliminary diagrams of
  containment plans
• Write specifications to estimate the works
• Manage the commercial follow-up of submitted offers and
  develop the client portfolio
• Analyse costs after completion
• Check quantities provided in the tender dossier
• Support the work teams during the
  execution phase

You

• Recognised diploma as a site manager,
  equivalent training, or work experience
• Experience in costing essential
• Technical profile with excellent knowledge
  of asbestos removal works
• CFST 6503 training, an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
  MS Project and Baubit
• Rigorous, autonomous, persevering and a good team
  spirit
