Within our IT department, you join a committed and expert team that works daily to ensure reliable and high-performing environments. In this key role, you actively contribute to the stability, evolution, and modernisation of our IT infrastructure.

What you do daily

You design and maintain structured data models adapted to analytical needs, notably implementing star schemas and optimised datasets for reporting. You define the calculation rules for indicators and ensure the harmonisation of data structures used for analyses across the entire decision-making system.

You implement data transformations, guaranteeing the quality, readability, and consistency of the exposed data. You analyse and optimise the performance of models and analytical solutions, particularly in reporting tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

You actively participate in analytical projects by bringing your expertise in modelling, data structuring, and solution performance. You define and document best practices and implement quality controls on critical data and indicators. Finally, you lead analysis and reporting sessions with stakeholders at various levels, up to executives, to support strategic decision-making.

What you bring to the team

You have a higher education degree in computer science, data, or an equivalent field, and possess significant experience in designing data and analytical solutions. You have worked in BI and Data Warehouse environments, enabling you to understand the challenges related to data valorisation and governance.

You master data modelling principles as well as data visualisation tools such as Power BI or equivalent. You have a good knowledge of transformation and analysis languages like SQL and DAX, and are comfortable working with modern data architectures including Data Warehouse, transformation pipelines, and analytical environments such as Microsoft Fabric.

You are capable of optimising the performance of models and queries to ensure the efficiency and scalability of solutions. Rigorous and results-oriented, you know how to combine technical expertise with an understanding of business challenges, allowing you to design reliable, high-performing solutions tailored to user needs.
