La Boulangerie Industrielle SA is a family tradition company, specialised in wheat processing, manufacturing and selling bakery, viennoiserie and pastry products – catering. All its products are delivered to the BISA group’s points of sale but also to supermarkets and food retail chains, retailers and communities, hotels and restaurants present in various Swiss cantons.
We are looking for Bakers for our Vésenaz and Chambésy sites on fixed-term and permanent contracts
Bakers
-
- Making, kneading, baking and finishing products
- Production of breads, speciality breads, viennoiseries, savoury products....
- Management of raw materials
- Ensuring compliance with internal standards and professional regulations: hygiene, safety
- More than 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Training, diploma in baking
- Initiative and excellent prioritisation skills
The position is available immediately.
Hours 4pm-1am or 6pm-3am
