We are looking for temporary assignments in addiction medicine / harm reduction for:
Specialised Nurse in Addiction Medicine
As a nurse, you work with a highly vulnerable population presenting addiction issues often associated with complex somatic, psychological and social disorders. You contribute to comprehensive care focused on harm reduction, stabilisation and maintaining connection.
Your mission:
- Provide nursing care (technical and relational)
- Participate in the assessment of health situations and the orientation of beneficiaries
- Manage and monitor medication treatments
- Intervene with a harm and damage reduction approach
- Welcome and support beneficiaries in a caring and non-judgemental environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Manage complex and crisis situations professionally
Required skills:
- Personalised and adapted to the specific needs of patients.
- Respond to patients' requests
- Autonomy
Your profile:
- Nursing diploma recognised in Switzerland
- Experience in addiction medicine or emergency or psychiatry
- Manage complex and crisis situations professionally
- Ability to work in a demanding environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and listening ability
- Autonomy, adaptability and stress resistance
- Holder of AFGSU 1 and 2 or Swiss BLS certificate
