YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You ensure the smooth operation of the internal logistics flow and carry out the necessary tasks for the distribution of our products.
- Issue manufacturing orders according to the production plan using requirements calculation from the ERP
- Ensure follow-up of manufacturing orders and deliveries in the workshops
- Manage priority arbitration in case of overload in certain areas
- Ensure availability of purchased or subcontracted components and make follow-ups with the relevant departments
- Ensure the accuracy of production data and their updating
- Identify and analyse any shortages or discrepancies
- Manage changes during manufacturing
- Propose and analyse relevant KPIs for activity management, including workshop performance indicators
- Propose and implement improvement actions
YOUR PROFILE
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a logistician, or equivalent training
- Operational experience with an ERP
- Experience in scheduling, ideally in watchmaking or a precision industrial sector
- Rigor, analytical skills and sense of priorities
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and adapt to changes
- French language
