Specialist in Heating and Ventilation Installations

Your mission

At the heart of the municipal technical services, you are a key player in the proper functioning of heating and ventilation installations. You mainly work on site (maintenance, troubleshooting), while gradually developing — with supervision and coaching — a preventive and optimisation approach to the installations.

Your role thus combines a strong operational presence with a desire to evolve towards anticipatory and structured maintenance management.

Your main responsibilities

Ensure the installation, maintenance and repair (corrective) of heating and ventilation systems
Identify, diagnose and effectively resolve first-level faults
Actively participate in the implementation and monitoring of preventive maintenance plans
Contribute to the planning of maintenance interventions for the installations
Carry out regular checks to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment
Propose technical improvements and anticipate future issues
Monitor interventions and write reports (Word / Excel)
Collaborate with external service providers and monitor their interventions
Manage stocks of spare parts and consumables
Ensure compliance with safety standards and current regulations
Provide technical support during municipal events
Participate in small to medium-sized technical projects
Join the Rescue Group (periodic technical on-call service)

Profile sought

Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a heating engineer (essential) and good knowledge of ventilation systems
Solid practical experience in the field (operational profile sought)
Strong desire to develop towards preventive maintenance and maintenance planning
Interest and motivation to evolve towards planned and preventive maintenance activities
Comfortable with IT tools (Word, Excel)
Ability to analyse a situation and act quickly
Sense of responsibility and autonomy in task execution
Initiative and proactivity
Ability to anticipate and resolve technical issues
Good team spirit and sense of public service
Knowledge of standards and regulations
Driving licence (category B)
Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
