The Dr Combe non-profit institution welcomes children and adults with specific needs, whether related to a motor impairment, with or without associated disorders, or an autism spectrum disorder. It promotes the development, autonomy, and well-being of its beneficiaries and, as such, offers services in the fields of special education, accommodation, day care, medico-therapeutic care, and sheltered work.The EPS La Cassagne provides special education services, adapted therapies – speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy – and medico-therapeutic care to its students of school age or in transition.Dr Combe wishes to hire a 100% Special Education Teacher for the class of students with multiple disabilities at La Cassagne.Your mission- Ensure teaching, in a small class, and promote learning, according to the PER and PER EDIS.- Develop individualized special education projects.- Respond specifically to the needs of each child in collaboration with parents.- Work in an interdisciplinary manner around the pedagogical, therapeutic, and adapted project for each student.Profile- Master's degree in special education or specialized pedagogy or a title deemed equivalent by the CDIP.- Ability and desire to work in a multidisciplinary team and in partnership with families.- Experience in special education with children with multiple disabilities.- Skills in assistive technologies.- Sense of responsibility and flexibility.We offer- Stimulating and rewarding work within a dynamic and motivated multidisciplinary team.- Possibility to deepen your skills in connection with new pedagogical practices.- Access to continuing education.- Working conditions according to the CCT in the parapublic social sector.- Start date: August 1st. jide2873d4aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
