To strengthen the Emergency Department, the HIB nursing management is seeking a:
Specialised Clinical Nurse in Emergency Care 80% to 100%
Your mission
- Practice clinical nursing part-time directly with patients
- Assess and analyse complex care situations and propose necessary actions
- Manage institutional clinical projects under the supervision of the clinical manager
- Promote the integration of evidence-based data into clinical practice to improve quality, safety and efficiency of care
- Provide supportive and empowering clinical supervision to members of the nursing team
- Contribute to the development of team skills, service reorganisation and support change
- Define and monitor clinical performance indicators attributable to nursing care
- Participate in the implementation of the institutional strategy
- Encourage reflection on future projects and innovation in care
Your assets
You hold a Master’s degree in Nursing Sciences and ideally a specialisation in emergency care; as well as 5 years’ experience in hospital care. Proactive by nature, your technical, organisational and interpersonal skills enable you to provide quality care. With good communication skills, you have a strong interest in care quality and multidisciplinary collaboration. You demonstrate sociability, genuine clinical leadership and creativity. For this position, excellent command of French (spoken and written), scientific English and computer skills are essential.
