We are looking for one of our Vaud clients for a specialised and certified nurse in intermediate care to strengthen our team and ensure optimal care for patients requiring close clinical monitoring.
Specialised and Certified Nurse in Intermediate Care
Mission
- Ensure the evaluation, monitoring and clinical follow-up of patients.
- Perform specialised nursing care in accordance with current protocols.
- Use and monitor medical equipment specific to intermediate care.
- Detect early any deterioration in patients' health and intervene appropriately.
- Collaborate with the medical team and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the quality and safety of care.
Profile sought
- Recognised nursing diploma.
- Certification in intermediate care mandatory.
- Experience in intermediate care, intensive care or resuscitation desired.
- Excellent observation, analysis and priority management skills.
- Team spirit, autonomy and sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in computer tools and electronic care records.
