YOUR TASK
- As the first point of contact for our clients, you ensure comprehensive, prompt, and service-oriented customer service.
- You organise and supervise appointments with clients, independently carry out service tasks after a training period, and support our audiologist in sales promotion.
- You also update the client database and sell accessories quickly and accurately.
- The sale of accessories is also part of your duties.
- Finally, you ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- You enjoy interacting with people. Patience, flexibility, and empathy characterise you.
- You also have good IT skills and experience in administration.
- To achieve your goals, you value a mix of independence and teamwork.
