A recognised player in Swiss real estate, the group specialises in the ownership, development and management of assets related to the healthcare sector. As part of its development, it wishes to strengthen its management team.

Your main activities:

• Study and preparation of various projects on occupied sites
• Management of relationships with tenants (businesses, shops and medical operators)
• Coordination of property managers and facility managers (without technical expertise)
• Lease and contract management (commercial leases, renewals, indexations)
• Management of OPEX/CAPEX budgets, invoice control and final statements
• Reporting to management, performance analyses (occupancy rate, cash flow).

Required profile:

• Federal diploma as a property manager, or higher education deemed equivalent
• 8 to 12 years of experience as a commercial Property Manager in Switzerland.
• Autonomy, flexibility and organisational skills
• Rigor, analytical mind and results orientation
• Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation
• Good knowledge of commercial leases
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office, MS Project)
• Native German or French speaker with excellent command of the other language (English and Italian are an asset)
• Availability for regular travel in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland
