We are looking, for our client located in Lausanne, for a :
Rental Manager 80%-100%
Responsibilities :
- Drawing up leases
- Organising visits of properties for rent
- Managing disputes
- Managing rent increases and decreases
- Processing inventories and exit statements
- Handling terminations and modifications of rental leases
Profile :
- Commercial employee CFC in real estate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years professional experience as a confirmed assistant manager or junior manager
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Person with administrative and organisational rigour and ease in contacts
- Available immediately or to be agreed
