We are looking, for our client located in the Lausanne region, for a:
Real Estate Accountant
Responsibilities :
- Processing property accounting
- Processing invoices
- Managing bank accounts and cash flow
- Preparing budgets
- Preparing heating and ancillary cost statements
Profile :
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years of professional experience in real estate accounting
- Good knowledge of common IT tools
- Organised, responsible and autonomous person
