Our rental solutions include garments, cleaning systems, cleanroom mats, sterile glasses and shoes. With 33 ultra-clean laundries in 18 countries, notably serving Switzerland via the Brügg site, we offer strict contingency, allowing our clients peace of mind. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:
Quality Delegate on a Permanent Contract, 100%
What we expect from you:
- Implement the quality policy, monitor quality indicators and produce regular reports
- Conduct steering committees and management reviews
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage internal and external audits
- Implement preventive actions aimed at continuous process improvement
- Raise awareness and train teams on good quality practices and ensure traceability
- Manage quality documentation and ensure its compliance
- Monitor centre incidents and verify the effectiveness of associated action plans
- Act as the Company Trusted Person (PCE) to contribute to the prevention of psychosocial risks and promote a respectful and caring working environment.
What you bring:
- Higher education in quality, engineering, sciences or an equivalent field
- Proven experience in a quality role in Switzerland
- Good knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, etc.)
- Proficiency in audit tools and document management
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
- Team spirit, good communication and a natural ability to unite your interlocutors
- Languages: French (native), German (level B2-C1), English (an asset)
- Autonomous and structured working method
