Your responsibilities:

At the heart of production, you are responsible for the quality of watch components and actively contribute to product excellence:

• Ensure visual and dimensional inspections of high-precision components

• Validate the conformity of parts according to current quality standards

• Document inspection results using dedicated computer tools

• Identify discrepancies, analyse causes and propose corrective actions

• Participate in the continuous improvement of quality processes

• Work closely with production and industrialisation teams

Your profile:

• Training in microtechnology, precision mechanics or equivalent

• Proven experience in a similar role in a technical environment, ideally watchmaking

• Proficiency with common measuring tools (Keyence, OGP, Marcel-Aubert or equivalents)

• Good understanding of watch movement components

• Knowledge of machining or bar turning: an advantage

• Methodical, rigorous and with an excellent eye for detail

• Team spirit, autonomy and sense of responsibility
