For one of our clients, a recognised player in the health sector in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a Qualified Nurse to work within a medical service in a penitentiary environment. These are temporary assignments lasting several weeks, with the possibility of extension.
Qualified Nurse – Mental Health Sector | Temporary Assignments
Your mission:
- Ensure comprehensive care of patients in accordance with good professional practices.
- Guarantee the quality and safety of care.
- Assess patients’ health status and ensure their clinical follow-up.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in administrative follow-up and care traceability.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and caring environment.
Required skills:
- Nursing diploma recognised in Switzerland or Swiss Red Cross recognition obtained.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Switzerland.
- Experience in psychiatry, mental health or in services dealing with complex situations is a real asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility.
- Team spirit, autonomy and adaptability.
- Clean criminal record.
Your profile:
- You demonstrate professionalism, discretion and excellent management of sensitive situations.
- You are available quickly for assignments of several weeks, renewable as needed.
- You agree to participate in a selection interview with our client before any appointment.
- You are mobile and can work within a radius of about 30 to 40 minutes from your home.
