As part of a retirement departure, we are looking for our site based in Châtel-St-Denis (Switzerland), a:
QHSE Manager at 100% (M/F)
Reporting to the Site Director, your objectives include steering the achievement of quality, safety, hygiene and CSR goals, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, as well as managing production contingencies with the client.
You are also responsible for managing the quality control team in production.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements in terms of Quality, Safety, Environment, Hygiene and Food Safety by implementing the Group's QHSE policy and monitoring KPIs and action plans.
- Be responsible for the proper application of Group standards and policies regarding Quality, Hygiene, Safety and CSR.
- Monitor improvement plans and ensure audit results.
- Ensure the operational quality of the site, respond to customer complaints and lead associated corrective actions.
- Promote and deploy the safety policy on site to uphold our "zero accident" commitment.
YOUR PROFILE
- Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent qualification, you have at least 3 years of significant experience in quality management.
- You master preventive and corrective quality management tools.
- You demonstrate rigour and are capable of working autonomously.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, as well as a client- and solution-oriented mindset.
- You are proficient with IT (CRM, MS Office suite, etc.) and comfortable with Excel (basic functions, pivot tables, etc.).
