We are looking, for our client located in Lausanne, for a :
Property Manager 80%-100%
Responsibilities :
- Drawing up leases
- Organising viewings of properties for rent
- Managing disputes
- Managing rent increases and decreases
- Processing inventories and exit statements
- Handling lease terminations and amendments
Profile :
- Commercial employee CFC in real estate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years professional experience as a confirmed assistant property manager or junior property manager
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Person with administrative and organisational rigour and ease in interpersonal contacts
- Available immediately or by agreement
