Property Management Assistant
Job description:
- Administrative follow-up of the rental and technical aspects of the group’s portfolio consisting of residential and/or commercial buildings based on the owners’ instructions and internal directives
- Support to the Manager in charge of the portfolio
- Preparation of leases and amendments
- Handling of correspondence
- Preparation and follow-up of purchase orders and quotes
- Management and follow-up of claims
- Management of telephone calls
- Management of tenant relations

We require:
- Solid experience as a property management assistant within a real estate agency.
- Good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law.
- Good knowledge of Quorum, an advantage
- Good command of IT tools.
- Being organised.
