Project Director/Programme Manager - Cybersecurity (M/F/X)
The role:
Within a department dedicated to information security, data protection and compliance, you will manage a portfolio of strategic programmes and projects aimed at strengthening governance, risk management and regulatory compliance. You will ensure coordination between business stakeholders, IT and management to guarantee the achievement of strategic objectives, monitoring of investments and value creation through the programmes under your responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Programme and project portfolio management

Define and structure strategic programmes related to information security, compliance and data protection.

Manage a portfolio of projects ensuring monitoring of deadlines, budgets, resources, risks, quality and deliverables.

Maintain a consolidated view of the portfolio to identify impacts, dependencies and necessary trade-offs.

Define and monitor performance indicators and management dashboards.
Governance and coordination
-
Lead governance bodies and steering committees.

Ensure coordination between business teams, technical teams and executive sponsors.

Produce reports for the various stakeholders.

Promote best practices in programme management and contribute to their continuous improvement.
Security, compliance and risk management
-
Support the implementation of information security governance initiatives.

Ensure integration of data protection and regulatory compliance requirements into projects.

Identify, assess and monitor risks related to programmes and projects.

Contribute to the evolution of methods, tools and management processes.
Communication and change management support

Ensure clear and appropriate communication with management, managers and operational teams.

Highlight the results and benefits of the programmes.

Support organisational transformations and adoption of associated changes.
What we are looking for:
Education
-
Higher degree (Master’s or equivalent) in project management, information systems, cybersecurity or related field.
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT project management.

Proven experience managing strategic programmes or portfolios of complex projects.

Significant experience in information security, risk management or compliance.
