As part of a long-term temporary assignment, we are looking for one of our clients, based in the Canton of Geneva, a
Production Planner (M/F)
Your mission:
- Analyse production needs
- Ensure coherence and balance of workload/capacity on the workstations within your scope.
- Plan production according to customer needs in cooperation with other planners and logistics stakeholders.
- Ensure cross-communication with production workshops and support services.
- Manage product and flow changes while ensuring the consistency of master data.
- Propose and participate in the implementation of solutions to guarantee production volumes.
- Manage the control tools inherent to your activity.
Required technical skills:
- Excellent understanding of logistics flows.
- Proven experience in requirements calculation analysis (MRP).
- Very good command of Excel and an ERP, ideally SAP.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in planning in the industrial field, ideally in the watchmaking sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and diplomacy.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, rigour and proactivity.
- Customer orientation and adaptability.
